Delete account

You can request deletion of your Ofivelo account and associated personal data, even if the app is no longer installed.

1. Send the request from the email linked to your account.
2. State that you wish to delete your Ofivelo account and identify the workshop, if applicable.
3. We will verify ownership and explain the affected data before completing deletion.

Account deletion covers account access and personal profile data. Shared workshop records may need to be handled separately with the administrator because they relate to workshop operations or retention obligations. We will explain any data that must be retained and why. Do not send passwords, codes or card details.
